Financial information

Once the audited financial statements for the business year 2023 for Pangea Blockchain International SICAV (available at www.lafv.li and www.pangea.li) were available, a General Meeting of Pangea Blockchain International SICAV took place on February 28, 2025. At the Annual General Meeting, among other things, the distribution of an amount of USD 7 million to investors was approved. www.lafv.li​ www.pangea.li​

On March 7, 2025, a dividend payment of USD 7 million was made by Pangea Blockchain International Limited, Cayman, to Pangea Blockchain International SICAV / Pangea Blockchain International Fund, Liechtenstein.

On March 11, 2025, Pangea Blockchain Inter-national SICAV / Pangea Blockchain Fund distributed USD 6,999,995.79 to investors in accordance with the shareholders register maintained by VP Bank as follows.
