Sales Process

Despite the efforts of the Sales Advisor, it has not yet been possible to sell further invest-ments or receive binding offers for individual positions. In particular, interested parties are waiting for updated financial figures for indi-vidual participatons held by Pangea Block-chain International Ltd.

It is assumed that these will not be available before end of the first quarter of 2025.

The Sales Advisor

The Sales Advisor Blockchain Investment Ad-visory was put into liquidation in September 2025. Stephen Duplessie informed the Sales Committee of this development on September 17, 2025 and further announced that BIA is therefore not able to continue to support the sales process.

The Sales Committee is now evaluating op-tions to appoint a new Sales Advisor and to efficiently structure and continue the sales process.

Financial Statements

The financial statements of Pangea Blockchain International Ltd., Cayman, as of 31.12.2024 are nearing completion and it is expected that the financial accounts of Pangea Blockchain International Fund and Pangea Blockchain International SICAV will then also be complet-ed in a timely manner, so that the documents should be available during the first quarter of 2026.
