The last notice to investors was published for Q3 2025. No further reports have been issued since then, particularly as there were no signifi-cant developments to report.

This report covers the period from Q4 2025 to incl. Q2 2026.

Financial Statements

The annual financial statements of Pangea Blockchain International SICAV incl. Pangea Blockchain International Fund for the business year 2024 are now available.

The annual financial statements of Pangea Blockchain International Ltd., Cayman, as of December 31, 2024, are also made available.

Both documents can be accessed on this web-site.

Sales Advisor

As reported in the last Notice to Investors, the previous Sales Advisor, Blockchain Investment Advisory, went bankrupt in September 2025.

At the beginning of 2026, Mr. Omar Kalouti was appointed as the new Sales Advisor. Mr. Kalouti has previously been involved in the affairs of the Pangea Fund and Pangea Blockchain Inter-national Ltd., Cayman.

Sales Efforts

To date, it was not possible to sell further in-vestments. Sales efforts with regard to the re-maining assets will continue and be intensified for the rest of the current year.

Should it become apparent that a sale of the (minority) stakes in the portfolio companies held by Pangea Blockchain International Ltd., Cay-man, or a sale of the shares in Pangea Block-chain International Ltd., Cayman, can not be successfully achieved in due course, alternative options (such as a transfer of the illiquid shares into a specific liquidation fund) will be evaluat-ed.
